Returns

 1. OUR RETURNS POLICY

We are pleased to offer a 30 day cooling off period were any item(s) can be returned for a refund that you are not quite sure about. This 30 day period starts from the day you receive your order.  Unfortunately, we cannot cover postage costs for the return of items under such instance. Our return address can be found via ‘Contact Us’. To find out more about returns and how to receive a pre-paid label contact CustomerService@william-hunter.co.uk.

 

2. FAULTY GOODS

We supply a 12 month no quibble warranty on all items. If you believe that your item is faulty a replacement will be supplied. If the item is found not fit for purpose as sold a refund will be issued. If, however you find your item is not fit for purpose after the original 12 months, we offer a 6-year warranty providing the fault did not occur through general wear and tear. We would like to stress that the above warranty does not affect your consumer statutory rights.

 

3. EXCHANGE

You have 30 days to return an item for exchange. This 60 day period starts from the day you receive your order. Unfortunately, we cannot always cover the return cost of an exchange however we will ship the second item free of charge.

Please include your order ID and reason for return. Please also state whether you require a refund or exchange.

We advise, for the Buyer’s protection that any return items are sent via an insured method of delivery which requires a signature.
